KÖNIG cylinder heads are made from special alloys in low-pressure or high-pressure die-casting procedures fulfilling the requirements within high-performance engines excellently. Our customers have a bunch of choices from purely casted parts to finished parts, fully- machined including coating and pressed-in valve guides and valve-seats. Optimization of the combination of cylinder and cylinder-heads is achieved by applying a combination of both, multiple simulations of casting processes and multiple designs.
