New foundation of K-Cyl FlexCo for alloy foundry and cylinders

On October 1st, 2024, the alloy foundry and cylinder divisions were spun off into the newly founded company K-Cyl FlexCo. The company is an independent legal entity and operates together with KÖNIG GmbH & Co KG under the KÖNIG brand. The new foundation was taken as a strategic measure in response to current economic challenges.
